2. Services Provided

We provide digital marketing and technology services, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Ads Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms)
• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development

All services are customized to client needs and may vary from project to project. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in writing for each engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution of services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Supply necessary creative assets (such as photos, videos, logos, and text) in a timely manner
• Grant appropriate access to accounts and platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, or hosting accounts)

Delays in providing information or access may impact project timelines, and TechIt Digital will not be held responsible for such delays.

4. Payments

Payment terms, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes or fees will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of services. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due as per the mutually agreed schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

• All work created by TechIt Digital (including designs, campaigns, content, and code) remains the property of TechIt Digital until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• TechIt Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

• TechIt Digital is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, or other external services).
• We cannot guarantee specific results (such as rankings, traffic, or conversions), as these depend on factors outside our control.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement, a 30-day notice period will apply. Any outstanding payments for completed work or ongoing campaigns will remain due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
