At TechIt Digital, we put significant time, effort, and resources into planning and executing each project. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Either party may cancel services by providing written notice, subject to the notice period outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

  • Work completed or expenses incurred prior to cancellation will be billed to the client.

2. Refunds

  • Fees paid for services that have already commenced are non-refundable.

  • Advance payments or retainers are non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and resource allocation.

  • If a client cancels before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered at TechIt Digital’s discretion.

3. Campaign Budgets

  • Ad spend (for Google, Meta, or other platforms) paid directly to third parties is not managed under this refund policy. Clients remain responsible for such payments even if services are canceled.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • TechIt Digital is unable to deliver services as agreed due to internal reasons, and

  • No work has been initiated on the client’s project.
